about Johannes Langkilde
He graduated from the Danish School of Journalism and Copenhagen University. In 2006, he became the youngest news anchor in Denmark on nationwide TV when he was selected to lead the news program on TV 2. Since then, he has hosted numerous debates, election nights, and special broadcasts. In 2013, he joined DR as a correspondent in the United States, based in Washington D.C., where he covered various stories, including the 2016 election of Donald Trump.
Johannes has authored two books published in multiple countries. He has also delivered lectures, served as a moderator and emcee, and has been a musician for over 20 years. Additionally, Johannes Langkilde is an MMF Fellow at the German Marshall Fund of the United States. Presently, he is a host on DR, presenting various shows such as TV Avisen, his own political talk show, and significant events.
